Hatchery Associate-1st Shift

Transfer eggs from egg buggies to setter machines while following safety procedures and company policies, including NCC Animal Welfare Guidelines. Perform machine checks, move and handle egg buggies, and clean and sanitize equipment and work areas. Work assigned 1st-shift hours and be able to handle night/weekend/holiday coverage as needed. This role includes on-the-job training and emphasizes PPE compliance and federal/state regulations.
