  • •Represent the company in all phases of Illinois workers’ compensation litigation, including Chicago and surrounding areas.
  • •Prepare and defend moderate to high exposure workers’ compensation cases.
  • •Work directly with claims professionals to provide legal analysis and advice.

Key Requirements

  • •Juris Doctor and 5 or more years of litigation experience.
  • •Member in good standing of the Illinois State Bar Association.

  • •Knowledge of the insurance industry, claims, and insurance defense litigation legal environment, plus knowledge of law and procedure.
