Workers Compensation Staff Legal Attorney (Chicago, IL, US)

Represent the company in all phases of Illinois workers’ compensation litigation, including moderate to high exposure cases. Partner with claims professionals to provide legal analysis, prepare and file pleadings, conduct legal research, and handle pre-trial investigations. Lead pre-trials and arbitration hearings before the workers’ compensation arbitrator, then manage post-trial activities such as appeals as appropriate. Hybrid model with 1 day/week in the Chicago Staff Legal office.
