Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise, coach, and develop warehouse attendants and operators to ensure safe, efficient, compliant terminal operations.
  • •Direct warehouse and terminal activities including receipt, transfer, storage, inventory management, and shipment of bulk liquid products.
  • •Conduct regular field observations, operational audits, and MBWA activities to evaluate performance and implement corrective actions.
  • •Monitor terminal equipment performance and coordinate troubleshooting and maintenance to minimize operational disruptions.
  • •Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and company regulations; support audits and inspections; maintain safety, housekeeping, and PPE practices.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED required.
  • •Minimum of 3 years of related work experience in industrial or maintenance work.
  • •Working knowledge of liquid and/or dry bulk operations and supervisor experience in an industrial setting.
  • •Solid understanding of hazardous materials handling (HAZMAT).
  • •Ability to complete HAZ-MAT, DOT, Confined Space, and Lockout/Tagout training and communicate effectively in English.
