Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor execution of HSE activities on the project to ensure requirements are met, and continually monitor site activity for HSE compliance.
  • •Assist in developing and implementing field emergency response procedures and evacuation plans.
  • •Provide HSE training (incident prevention, first aid, safety awareness) and conduct daily toolbox talks to communicate safety precautions.
  • •Ensure hazards and unsafe conditions are identified daily, observation reports are raised, violations are addressed and recommendations made, and risk assessments are completed and communicated.
  • •Inspect and log safety items (mobile plant/gears, harnesses, fire extinguishers, equipment/tools) and provide daily/weekly/monthly HSE performance reports while supporting incident reporting and resolution.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years working experience (3 years relevant working experience) with 2 years GCC experience as a plus.
  • •Comprehensive understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards to ensure compliance with local laws.
  • •Proficiency in conducting risk assessments and hazard analyses and developing mitigation strategies.
  • •Ability to investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses, determine root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
  • •ERP knowledge, preferably SAP functional skills, plus NEBOSH or related technical certificates.
