Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and architect network foundations by leading requirements definition, high-level design, and detailed design using Cisco SP technologies.
  • •Act as a project leader (PL/PM), managing progress and issues while delivering hands-on implementation and troubleshooting.
  • •Propose and implement automation and operational improvements using tools such as Cisco NSO and CNC.
  • •Collaborate closely with customer technical owners and stakeholders to drive project success and customer value.
  • •Create and execute implementation verification plans to ensure the network delivery meets expectations.

Key Requirements

  • •Hands-on experience leading design or delivery across multiple network build/implementation projects.
  • •Practical experience designing and implementing Cisco network technologies for service provider environments (e.g., SR-MPLS, EVPN, MPLS-VPN, Segment Routing, BGP, IS-IS/OSPF).
  • •Ability to carry out end-to-end processes including requirements definition, high/low-level design, configuration creation, migration planning, and deployment verification.
  • •Flexibility to work in a hybrid setup across Cisco office (Roppongi), customer sites, and remote environments.
  • •Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, adjust requirements, and create technical documentation in Japanese; ability to perform in English (reading/writing/listening/speaking).
