Key Responsibilities

•Act as the owner’s representative for procurement and sourcing activities on large-scale construction projects.
•Support procurement planning aligned with project scope, budget, schedule, contracting strategy, and required-on-site dates.
•Provide owner-side review and oversight of GC/CM procurement activities, including procurement status, GC/CM-prepared bid leveling summaries, award recommendations, and key procurement risks.
•Support owner-direct procurement activities, including OFCI/OFOI equipment, professional services, consultants, commissioning, testing, and other owner-managed packages.
•Review procurement packages, scopes, drawings, specifications, proposals, exclusions, assumptions, lead times, and commercial terms to support owner decision-making.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, Project Management, or related fields.
•8+ years of experience in construction procurement, sourcing, supply chain, project procurement, preconstruction, construction management, or related project delivery roles.
•Experience supporting large construction or capital projects with complex scopes, multiple stakeholders, and strong cost, schedule, procurement, and contract controls.
•Strong understanding of construction procurement, RFP processes, bid leveling, vendor engagement, purchase orders, long-lead equipment, OFCI/OFOI coordination, and delivery tracking.
•Ability to review scopes of work, drawings, specifications, proposal documents, pricing sheets, exclusions, assumptions, alternates, lead times, and commercial terms.
