Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and translate raw and pack (R&P) needs across execution and operational horizons to ensure material availability.
  • •Execute automated MRP runs, analyze outputs, and manage PR/PO and rescheduling actions aligned to approved plans.
  • •Own the PO creation flow, ensuring timely placement within execution horizons.
  • •Balance inventory, capacity, and replenishment parameters to meet working capital and service level targets, and maintain replenishment planning parameters.
  • •Monitor and resolve MRP exceptions (shortages, delays, excess), ensure data accuracy for material masters and planning inputs, and support out-of-stock risk management.
