Key Requirements

  • •4-6 years of experience shaping technical roadmaps and working with researchers as stakeholders.
  • •Comfort with ambiguity and collaborating with multiple technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • •Experience setting up 0→1 products in fast-paced environments.
  • •AI/ML fluency, including frontier agentic workflows and RL environments, and ability to discuss post-training topics (e.g., SFT, RLHF/RLAIF) with research scientists.
  • •8+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years at senior/staff level owning a roadmap end-to-end (or 6+ years with a PhD/research background in ML).
