Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with cross-functional teams to define, build, and roll out a scalable GenAI agent platform for priority banking use cases from pilot to production.
  • •Own end-to-end platform engineering: design and implement agent runtime, orchestration, tool/function calling, prompt/workflow management, memory/state handling, and integration patterns.
  • •Establish reliability and quality through evaluation/testing, guardrails, observability (logs/traces/metrics), and clear SLOs/SLAs for accuracy.
  • •Monitor and optimize platform performance in production, including model selection and tuning, retrieval quality, caching, throughput, and resilience with root-cause analysis and preventative improvements.
  • •Embed security, privacy, and compliance by design and provide technical leadership with troubleshooting, runbooks, incident escalation support, and platform documentation/enablement.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science/Engineering (or related).
  • •3+ years of hands-on coding with strong Python or Java or Golang, plus experience deploying and operating services in production (Docker/Kubernetes preferred).
  • •1+ years building and shipping LLM/GenAI applications, including agentic workflows and tool/function calling (multi-agent systems a plus).
  • •SME in at least one area such as performance monitoring, agent governance control, agent identity, Harness, agent SDK, or agent policy/guardrail.
  • •Practical RAG experience (retrieval, chunking, embeddings, and vector databases such as Milvus/FAISS/Elastic/Pinecone), with strong problem-solving and stakeholder collaboration.
