Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide strategic input into a cyber transformation program focused on reducing cyber risk and supporting NIS Regulations compliance.
  • •Lead the delivery of cyber security behavioral and cultural change initiatives across the SPR organization.
  • •Assess organizational behaviors hindering cyber security culture using quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • •Design and deliver awareness campaigns using behavioral science principles and tailor communications to diverse audiences and roles.
  • •Develop and implement measures to assess initiative effectiveness and track improvements in cyber security behaviors.

Key Requirements

  • •Significant experience in a threat intelligence, risk, or human risk function with strong understanding of human behavior and decision-making impacts on organizational risk.
  • •Lead the design and delivery of organization-wide communication and awareness programs, ideally within regulated environments.
  • •Experience assessing behavioral trends and producing strategic assessments for senior leaders.
  • •Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as the NIS Regulations and engagement with organizations such as Ofgem and the NCSC (UK Intelligence Community partners beneficial).
  • •Minimum 4 years’ experience in similar work, with preference for industrial sectors (energy or otherwise).
