Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute run-and-maintain activities to support Supply Chain operations with accuracy, quality, and timeliness.
  • •Apply standardized work processes in partnership with SMEs across teams in India and the US.
  • •Drive process excellence, consistency, and continuous improvement in daily operations.
  • •Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve productivity.
  • •Support transformation initiatives by strengthening operational efficiency and process standardization across the ISC organization.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

  • •Hands-on experience with SQL, Excel, and Power BI/Tableau (or other reporting tools).
  • •Proficiency in ERP systems and digital tools, with effective cross-functional stakeholder management.
