Key Responsibilities

  • •Set up and operate a single-blade saw based on production scheduling sheets.
  • •Ensure materials meet quality specifications (grade, size, moisture content) and checks materials/finished products for compliance.
  • •Feed material and periodically check equipment to ensure specifications are being met.
  • •Offload and stack materials according to procedures; cover, label, and band finished product if required.
  • •Maintain safe, clean, and organized work areas; complete pre-shift equipment inspections, maintain production records, perform LOTO and preventive maintenance, and participate in safety/CI programs.

Key Requirements

  • •Must be at least 18 years old.
  • •High school diploma/GED is preferred but not required.
  • •Minimum 3 months of experience using saws or similar equipment; some manufacturing/assembling experience is preferred.
  • •Working knowledge of basic math is preferred.
  • •Ability to follow safety and quality procedures and procedures like LOTO and preventive maintenance.
