Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver the required KS2 curriculum with accurate, up-to-date subject knowledge, planning and adapting lessons to students’ needs.
  • •Assess, record, and report on student progress and attainment, including preparing oral and written assessments, reports, and references.
  • •Maintain safe, clean, well-ordered classroom environments; uphold high standards of discipline, health, and safety, and report safeguarding concerns.
  • •Analyze student data to adapt classroom practice and set high expectations to help learners reach their potential.
  • •Collaborate with school staff, parents/guardians, and specialists; develop and implement Individual Educational Programmes (IEPs) and support learning assistants where applicable.

Key Requirements

  • •Education/teaching degree or Bachelor’s degree and teaching qualification/license in primary education.
  • •Knowledge of the use of ICT in schools to aid teaching and learning.
  • •Strong commitment to teaching and learning with solid subject knowledge for the relevant area.
  • •Experience teaching the England National-ENC/British curriculum.
  • •Two years’ teaching experience in a relevant subject area/age group in KS2.
