Industrial Maintenance 1+2 Training Program (July) - Council Bluff

Join a paid 1+2 Industrial Maintenance Training Program where you troubleshoot, maintain, and repair equipment while building practical trade skills. The program includes 12 months of training—half day at the Council Bluffs Case Ready facility and half day at Iowa Western Community College—followed by a commitment to full-time maintenance work for at least two continuous years. You’ll support a safe work environment and be ready to work any shift, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
