•Previous experience in similar roles (Sales Assistant, Promoter, Beauty Consultant), preferably within dynamic, multinational retail environments.
•Knowledge of key commerce KPIs.
•Empathy and dynamism.
•Results-oriented mindset.
•Aptitude for teamwork.
