Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee day-to-day operations within the Inspection Center.
  • •Mentor and provide accountability to direct reports, including succession planning, coaching, and performance management.
  • •Ensure adherence to operating standards, systems, policies, procedures, and performance standards.
  • •Recruit, select, orient, train employees, and ensure progression path training and certification processes are executed.
  • •Manage production capacity and provide vision and guidance to the reconditioning team while leading problem solving and continuous improvement efforts.

Key Requirements

  • •5 years of management experience in automotive or a lean manufacturing environment.
  • •Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
  • •Experience leading and developing associates.
  • •Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
  • •Valid unrestricted driver’s license with a clean driving record in the last 3 years.
