Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the global Repair Operations program, including priorities, operating model, governance, and change-management to improve performance across markets.
  • •Lead and develop the global Repair Operations team, setting operating standards and a consistent performance-management approach for project managers.
  • •Design and scale a common Repair Operations management system, including global standards, operating cadences, performance metrics, and continuous-improvement routines.
  • •Drive operational change across distributed repair operations warehouses and frontline teams by translating diagnosed issues into scalable solutions.
  • •Own Repair Operations measurement and source-of-truth reporting, tooling/equipment strategy, and training/certification strategy to improve quality, efficiency, and compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of relevant experience in repair, warehouse, fleet, manufacturing, logistics, supply chain, operations, or program management, including leading people in fast-paced multinational environments.
  • •Experience driving operational change across a large, globally distributed organization, ideally in repair operations, warehouse operations, fleet operations, or similar.
  • •Use data to identify root causes, measure whether changes work, and translate analysis into clear narratives for senior stakeholders.
  • •Experience partnering with Product, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, or Data to improve operational systems and implement solutions at scale.
  • •Experience with Lean/Kaizen, ISO or comparable quality-management systems, operational audits, and measurable control frameworks.
