Key Responsibilities

•Provide consistently high standards of customer experience within the Store in accordance with PUMA’s Brand Values and service standards.
•Ensure the Store consistently achieves or exceeds sales, KPIs and profitability goals through the effective use of short- and long-term planning, expense control, sales and service.
•Assist the Store Manager with recruitment, training, development and succession of high performing, results driven employees and coach the team through performance reviews.
•Manage payroll control and service driven scheduling to maintain a highly profitable location while delivering top service to customers.
•Act as Store Manager when the Store Manager is away from the store and ensure training programs, LP education, and compliance are maintained.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25,000 - 28,000 annually

Key Requirements

•2-4 years of management experience in a focused, customer service-oriented retail environment (preferably apparel/footwear)
•Proven ability to exceed sales goals and reason through complex issues
•Strong team player with excellent communication skills and ability to present information to large groups
•Ability to learn quickly and have basic MS Office and retail software skills
•Ability to lift/carry, push/pull up to 30 pounds regularly
