Key Responsibilities

  • •Schedule feed deliveries and dispatch drivers, organizing and filing feed tickets and delivery records.
  • •Receive, document, and process feed orders accurately and timely.
  • •Distribute loads equitably among drivers and team members while adhering to DOT rules and regulations.
  • •Answer and respond to calls from service technicians, growers, customers, and vendors while maintaining positive working relationships.
  • •Maintain accurate records, paperwork, logs, and comply with Tyson health, safety, quality, and biosecurity protocols.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent; strong basic reading, writing, math, communication, computer, and mechanical skills.
  • •Ability to accurately complete paperwork, maintain records, and communicate effectively with drivers, growers, service technicians, vendors, customers, and management.
  • •Preferred experience in dispatching, logistics, transportation, feed mill operations, agriculture, manufacturing, customer service, or related environments.
  • •Preferred experience with scheduling, recordkeeping, computerized systems, DOT compliance, forklift operation, and feed manufacturing operations.
  • •Ability to obtain and maintain required certifications including Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) and Weigh Master, and respirator certification where applicable (and valid Class D driver’s license where applicable).
