Job Summary

Lead and deliver Talent Solutions Consulting projects focused on Executive Compensation and Rewards for boards and senior management. You’ll research industry archetypes, design business-aligned remuneration strategies, benchmark CXO pay, and guide clients through stock and cash incentive design, while managing a small team and engaging with senior HR executives to deliver strategic rewards solutions.

Key Responsibilities

•Research and understand Industry Archetypes and Business Models to advise on Rewards, Performance and Talent for Boards and Executive teams
•Design business-aligned executive remuneration strategies and benchmark CXO pay
•Engage with clients on projects related to Senior/Top Management and Board compensation, including data collection, market analysis, and presenting findings to leadership
•Develop stock and cash-based long-term incentive programs for senior management and broader populations, considering client context and financial plans
•Interface with advisory teams to deliver integrated solutions in broad-based compensation, talent assessments, and HR effectiveness

Key Requirements

•Smart Graduates/Post Graduates in related discipline (B.com/ BBA/BMS/B.sc Statistics, Math’s, Economics, MBA, PGDM)
•Post-Graduate with 7+ years of relevant experience
•MBA from tier-1, tier-2 schools is an advantage
•Hand-on experience in Executive Compensation or Deep experience in broad-Rewards
