Key Responsibilities

  • •Review intake submissions for completeness, accuracy, priority, timing, and required information; organize intake so work can be scoped, staffed, prioritized, or escalated.
  • •Provide scoping and resourcing support, including tracking active assignments and identifying capacity/workload/resource gaps.
  • •Maintain accurate resource and project data in operational systems and support utilization, workload, and capacity reporting.
  • •Support monthly capacity, pipeline, and utilization reporting; identify trends, risks, bottlenecks, and operational inefficiencies.
  • •Support adoption of project management, resourcing, reporting, automation, and AI-enabled operational tools; recommend improvements to workflows and sources of truth.

Key Requirements

  • •8-10 years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree.
  • •Experience in creative operations, marketing operations, project coordination, PMO support, resource management, studio operations, or related roles.
  • •Experience with intake workflows, project tracking, reporting, dashboards, resourcing data, or operational systems.
  • •Strong comfort working with data accuracy, workflow tools, and cross-functional coordination.
