Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical leadership to a team of Electronics Engineers, delivering integrated electronics solutions across self-developed and JDM modules.
  • •Lead design reviews, technical risk assessments, and investigations to resolve complex technical issues early.
  • •Own and guide development of power electronics, analogue/digital, and microcontroller-based electronic circuits, including design, analysis, troubleshooting, verification, and validation.
  • •Set and uphold engineering standards for performance, reliability, DFM, cost, and compliance with IEC/UL/EMC requirements.
  • •Influence cross-functional teams and suppliers/contract manufacturers, coach junior engineers, and represent the electronics function on-site as required.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related discipline.
  • •Minimum 8 years’ experience in electronics development with technical leadership and strong design knowledge across areas such as power electronics, analogue electronics, high-speed design, digital electronics, and sensing technologies.
  • •Experience with embedded microcontroller-based platforms, including 8-bit, 16-bit, and ARM Cortex microcontrollers.
  • •Experience in high-speed circuit design and using simulation tools for design calculations, tolerance analysis, and documentation.
  • •Working knowledge of schematic capture and PCB layout software such as Mentor Graphics, plus experience with electronics lab/test equipment and EMC troubleshooting.
