Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and optimize the post-purchase customer journey (onboarding, adoption, renewal, expansion) and the freemium-to-paid conversion path.
  • •Run and scale the GRR campaign portfolio, including customer forums, webinar series, clickable product demos, and tracking for all retention motions.
  • •Partner with Sales and Customer Success to design signal-based campaigns for upsell/cross-sell, routed into installed-base pipelines aligned to the CRO motion.
  • •Develop proactive churn-reduction plays for at-risk accounts using customer health, engagement, and support signals to intervene before renewal risk becomes loss.
  • •Build and scale the customer advocacy and reference engine (case studies, testimonials, webinars, speaking slots, peer reviews) and create customer-centric enablement assets and measurement reports.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of marketing experience with 3–5 years in customer marketing, lifecycle marketing, or customer success enablement (B2B SaaS strongly preferred; cybersecurity a plus).
  • •Demonstrated success building signal- or trigger-based upsell campaigns that produced measurable cross-sell pipeline in an installed base.
  • •Proven ability to manage programs independently and lead cross-functional initiatives (people management experience a plus).
  • •Strong advocacy expertise with a portfolio of customer-driven content (case studies, videos) and experience managing review platforms or advocacy software.
  • •Technical proficiency with marketing automation and CRM tools such as Marketo, Salesforce, and customer success/PLG tooling like Gainsight or Pocus.
