Inside Sales Representative

Build and maintain relationships with assigned dealer and institutional accounts to grow ADESA’s auction business. Provide prompt customer service via phone, email, and text, handle complaints, and support Sale Day activities. Prospect daily to develop new buying/selling business, coordinate hotel and flight reservations, and use ADESA’s CRM to log calls, run reports, and track dashboards. Educate customers on ADESA.com and smart phone applications while meeting sales goals and policies.
