  • •Develop and implement training program enhancements to support growth of a 400+ role player cadre.
  • •Collaborate with Senior Training Liaison and PMO members on curriculum development, refinement, and implementation.
  • •Conduct check-ins with new H101 graduates to monitor post-training development, readiness, and compliance using the designated scheduling/tracking tool.
  • •Support subcontractor training schedule development and provide operational liaison support for core training courses, including onboarding and skills assessments.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of professional experience, with 2 years of relevant training officer experience and 2 years as a role player.
  • •Secret clearance level must be currently possessed; must be able to obtain Secret.

  • •US citizenship required.
  • •Ability to train, mentor, and support readiness and compliance using designated scheduling and tracking tools.
