Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide on-site operational support for WiFi and IFE operations at the airport and remote support to line stations and maintenance bases.
  • •Ensure monthly media is duplicated and distributed to maintenance, perform monthly IFEC operational checks, and support IFE software loads via EO/EA.
  • •Develop daily action plans, routing, and manpower requests; lead meetings with production teams.
