Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, maintain, and continuously improve Corporate HSSEQ Management System documentation to support implementation and programme performance.
  • •Maintain alignment and traceability between HSSEQ requirements, sector documentation, project delivery requirements, and corporate policies and tools.
  • •Guide project managers and directors on applying HSSEQ requirements in project delivery, including HSSEQ updates to OurWay in WSP Canada.
  • •Review sector-level documentation to ensure consistent application, identify gaps or inconsistencies, and recommend practical improvements.
  • •Monitor sector needs, audit findings, and lessons learned to support continuous improvement; collaborate with HSSEQ teams to resolve documentation and implementation issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quality Management, HSSE, or a related field.
  • •Minimum five years of experience in HSSE and/or Quality management, including integrated management system support.
  • •Strong understanding of HSSEQ assurance and control principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • •Experience developing, implementing, and improving HSSEQ programmes, tools, documentation, and training.
  • •Bilingualism in French and English is required.
