Job Summary

Lead the Rotor Core Value Stream (RCVS) SIOP transformation in a manufacturing environment. Drive materials management architecture, improve planning with Kinaxis Maestro for 3-36 month supply profiles, and partner with materials, operations, and 3PL teams to meet capacity, inventory, and on-time delivery goals while implementing Lean practices.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the RCVS SIOP Business Process to include monthly Demand, Supply, and Executive SIOP reviews
•Provide leadership and direction with emphasis on change management
•Ensure that RCVS Materials Team is transforming to meet the customer demands of a complex manufacturing environment
•Establish and execute standards and expectations for work effort and performance; provide feedback on performance to those standards
•Implement Lean manufacturing measures to insure value streams and shop operations are balanced at all times and/or to be able to identify areas of opportunity

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in a STEM field or related discipline (Master's degree with 10+ years is also acceptable)
•Minimum of 12 years of experience in a manufacturing operations environment, or 10 years with a Master’s degree
•Prior leadership experience in manufacturing operations or supply chain roles
•Experience in materials management, supply chain, continuous improvement, or related areas
•Knowledge or experience with Kinaxis Maestro and SAP (preferred)
