Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead controllership and treasury functions, ensuring integrity of financial reporting and full compliance with Saudi regulatory and tax requirements.
  • •Own monthly/quarterly/annual close cycle and ensure financial statements comply with IFRS as adopted by SOCPA.
  • •Design, implement, and monitor internal controls; manage relationships with external auditors and regulators.
  • •Oversee end-to-end accounting operations (AP, AR, payroll with GOSI/WPS compliance, general ledger, fixed assets, revenue recognition) and ensure timely statutory VAT and Zakat/corporate tax filings with ZATCA.
  • •Manage treasury activities including cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, banking relationships and credit lines, FX exposure/hedging, and compliance with SAMA regulations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA, SOCPA, ACCA, or CTP preferred.
  • •10+ years progressive accounting/treasury experience, including 3–5+ years in a senior controllership leadership role.
  • •Strong knowledge of IFRS and KSA Zakat/tax regulations, including SAMA guidelines.
  • •Experience with banking negotiations, cash pooling, FX risk management, and enhancing ERP systems.
  • •Fluency in English required (Arabic).
