Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead technical design and delivery for a pod/squad in an agile/DevSecOps environment, partnering with product owners and the global head of engineering.
  • •Provide day-to-day technical direction by breaking down work, defining approaches, unblocking engineers, and ensuring quality outcomes while contributing code regularly.
  • •Design and evolve loosely coupled microservices and internal platforms for cybersecurity use-cases such as third-party scanning automation, in-house scanning, and vulnerability workflow/reporting.
  • •Build and improve CI/CD pipelines to reduce friction and increase reliability; drive operability culture with L2/L3 troubleshooting, release discipline, documentation, and measurable service health.
  • •Build AI-enabled features/services to improve cyber outcomes and champion responsible use of AI coding tools with guardrails for secure coding, data handling, and testing standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience delivering production services in Python using modern web frameworks (FastAPI preferred; Flask/Django relevant).
  • •Demonstrable experience designing REST API services and integrations with third-party products and internal end-user services.
  • •Solid microservices and distributed systems experience, including hands-on Docker and Kubernetes deployments.
  • •Strong CI/CD engineering experience (e.g., Jenkins/GitHub/GitLab) with automated tests and reliable release pipelines.
  • •Experience with AI-enabled software and AI coding tools in a professional environment with quality controls.
