Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical leadership for planning, design, and delivery of high-voltage overhead transmission line projects up to 765kV.
  • •Create and maintain project schedules and facilitate weekly/bi-weekly project meetings to track deliverables.
  • •Coordinate with clients and multidisciplinary teams, maintaining project workflow and clear communication internally and externally.
  • •Demonstrate transmission line design expertise including structure staking, foundations, assembly drawings, loading, procurement, specifications, and construction support.
  • •Support project manager efforts with status reports, scope/schedule/budget planning, out-of-scope identification, forecasting, and client meetings; mentor project teams as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
  • •7-10 years’ experience in the transmission field designing/managing projects and leading multi-disciplinary teams.

  • •Understanding of the NESC, RUS, and/or GO-95.
  • •Strong transmission line fundamentals and PLS-CADD operation, with strong written and oral communication skills.
