Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan and deliver technical programming for local and regional events, ensuring sustainable scaling.
  • •Track deadlines and deliverables for content and events, coordinating with vendors and procurement teams as needed.
  • •Identify and resolve risks and blockers for event programming and onsite execution.
  • •Maintain internal tools and the public website for event agendas and speaker content.
  • •Own the onsite speaker experience and manage onsite programming, including rehearsals, staffing, and smooth operations.
