Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as technical owner for the EUC landscape, ensuring Windows devices, SCCM, and Intune are compliant, secure, and up to date.
  • •Partner with a sourcing/managed service provider by reviewing delivery, guiding complex architectural decisions, and ensuring correct deployments and imaging.
  • •Define standards for OS imaging, application packaging, OS upgrades, patch management, and hardening in cooperation with information security, and hold the provider accountable.
  • •Identify opportunities to automate and streamline the environment; design solutions and have the partner implement them.
  • •Stay aligned with Microsoft’s roadmap (modern management and Intune) to adopt new capabilities and deliver business value.

Key Requirements
