Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive the global-scale health and growth of core products within the EMEA payments suite, focusing on merchant value and regional impact.
  • •Define the vision and end-to-end roadmap for your product area, identifying opportunities across EMEA and translating them into strategy.
  • •Bridge technical and commercial teams by providing business context to engineers to turn complex challenges into seamless merchant experiences.
  • •Master prioritization in a high-speed environment, balancing immediate merchant needs with long-term bets to maximize value.
  • •Lead cross-functional execution across engineering, commercial, finance, operations and partnerships to ensure measurable, impactful launches.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of Product Management experience in payments/fintech, with a data-driven approach to validate hypotheses and inform roadmaps
  • •Strong prioritization skills and ability to make high-stakes trade-offs to maximize merchant value
  • •Experience partnering with engineering and commercial teams to translate merchant pain points into actionable roadmaps
  • •Ability to own end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to go-to-market and adoption
  • •Interest and familiarity with the European payments landscape, local payment methods, and regulatory dynamics (PSD3/PSR3, Open Banking, Digital Euro)
