Key Responsibilities

•Nurture and develop strong relationships with customers through ongoing and proactive communication, ensuring customer satisfaction, growth and high renewal rates.
•Manage contract renewals and renegotiations to protect and grow revenue.
•Grow account revenue through up-sell and cross-sell efforts; understand sister brands for expansion.
•Monitor and mitigate risk across the account base and identify key decision-makers and executives for proactive communication.
•Develop deep understanding of Campaigner product and ensure accounts utilize relevant features; stay updated on email marketing changes and product developments.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 85,000 annually

Key Requirements

•BS or BA degree required.
•2-3 years in Account Management, Customer Success, Sales and/or Business Development.
•Knowledge of web-based software as a service (SaaS).
•Experience developing relationships and providing strategic advice and direction to Director and Executive-level contacts.
•Excellent communication skills; ability to build quick rapport via phone, email and presentations.
