Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop comprehensive project plans and lead projects from conception and planning through implementation and deployment.
  • •Contribute to project strategies, processes, and resource plans.
  • •Manage project schedules and task execution using project management tools such as status reports, tracking charts, checklists, and scheduling software.
  • •Drive cost, schedule, and performance objectives for equipment and deliverables supporting internal/external customers and global vendors.
  • •Identify project risks and issues and develop mitigation and resolution plans, working with cross-functional design teams and internal stakeholders across engineering, operations, supply chain, and business teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, project management, engineering, or supply chain management.
  • •Bachelor’s degree required in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
  • •Strong program management experience leading cross-functional initiatives in a technical or manufacturing environment.
  • •Some engineering/technical background with experience in the semiconductor industry and/or supply chain management is preferred.
  • •Strong communication, influence, and negotiation skills in a matrixed organization, including the ability to analyze and present insights to senior leadership.
