Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, implement, and maintain workplace safety programs and procedures to support a safe, compliant work environment.
  • •Conduct risk assessments, hazard analyses, and job safety evaluations to identify and mitigate workplace risks.
  • •Lead incident, accident, and near-miss investigations, including root cause analysis and corrective action follow-up.
  • •Perform safety inspections, audits, and facility assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory and corporate requirements.
  • •Support contractor safety programs and high-risk work activities (e.g., LOTO, Working at Heights, Confined Space Entry, Hot Work, and Electrical Safety), and coordinate occupational health initiatives and EHS training.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience supporting Environmental, Health, and Safety programs in manufacturing, industrial, or operational environments.
  • •Experience conducting incident investigations, audits, inspections, and regulatory compliance activities.
  • •Knowledge of occupational safety and health regulations, risk assessment methodologies, and incident investigation techniques.
  • •Familiarity with industrial hygiene, ergonomics, contractor safety management, emergency response planning, and behavior-based safety programs.
  • •A bachelor’s degree in engineering, occupational safety, environmental sciences, or a related discipline (or equivalent education/training and relevant experience).
