Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate with team leaders/project managers and customers to understand on-site installation and repair requirements, forecasting issues and synchronizing work.
  • •Serve as direct customer contact and ensure customer satisfaction by identifying, diagnosing, and repairing equipment and systems at customer locations.
  • •Use hand tools and cutting-edge software/technology, following blueprints or engineering specifications, to diagnose and repair HVAC units.
  • •Perform commissioning, troubleshooting, repairs, and start-up of HVAC systems in commercial environments.
  • •Maintain flexibility to work overtime and weekends as required, including occasional overnight stays, while enforcing safety and recording asset use/condition.
