Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and assess Global Procurement business processes through data gathering, analysis, and problem-solving to drive process transformation and performance improvement.
  • •Lead global and regional process transformation initiatives to increase efficiencies, improve standardization, and optimize procurement services.
  • •Drive benchmarking and governance by standardizing current processes, developing business rules, and proposing improvements to achieve business goals.
  • •Use process mining tools (e.g., Celonis) and analytics to identify bottlenecks/deviations, prioritize transformation initiatives, and measure impact.
  • •Lead adoption using change management methods, engage procurement leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, and support AI/automation/digital transformation in procurement processes.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 6 years of experience in process management/transformation within a procurement function in a large cross-functional organization.
  • •1-3 years of experience as a change agent with effective change implementation in a large cross-functional organization.
  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university.
  • •Globally recognized certifications such as CPSM or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (Green Belt certified).
  • •Proficiency with tools such as O365, SharePoint, Tableau, Power BI, MS Project, Visio, and Agile/backlog management (e.g., Azure, Jira, Confluence); SAP experience preferred.
