Lead AI Engineer

Design, build, and scale enterprise AI systems as part of Dyson’s global IT data community. You’ll lead technical delivery across squads, define architectures for agentic workflows and orchestration, and set standards for prompt, retrieval augmentation, grounding, and memory. Own evaluation and quality gates, production monitoring, observability, and incident response patterns, while mentoring engineers and partnering with Data Science, AI/ML Ops, Platform, and Product teams to deliver governed, measurable outcomes.
