Key Responsibilities

  • •Translate internal systems engineering verification plans into manufacturing test setups and schedules at CM partners.
  • •Oversee and govern CM testing by auditing capabilities, calibrations, and data logging infrastructure.
  • •Analyze and cross-examine verification results across mechanical reliability, electrical functional testing, software flashing, and wireless connectivity.
  • •Lead joint design/manufacturing reviews to triage test failures and determine root cause.
  • •Define data pipeline requirements for traceable automated test log uploads and formally approve product verification reports for production milestones.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an engineering discipline.
  • •6+ years in test engineering or product validation, including 2+ years in a lead or principal role managing external vendors/CMs.
  • •Exceptional vendor-management and negotiation skills to hold partners to quality and timeline standards.
  • •Develop comprehensive test strategies across multidisciplinary systems spanning mechanical, electrical, and software components.
  • •Knowledge of NPI life cycles (EVT/DVT to PVT) and verification testing methods, plus statistical analysis for test performance and reliability/warranty reporting.
