Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a subject-matter expert and consultant to employees, candidates, talent acquisition, HR, and key stakeholders.
  • •Design and implement mobility processes with global stakeholders (Tax, Payroll, Legal, Procurement) while accounting for country and regional requirements.
  • •Collaborate with the Performance & Incentives team to provide data-driven insights that enhance mobility policies and programs.
  • •Work with cross-regional partners to achieve alignment and results.
  • •Support process ownership for mobility vendors, including immigration, relocation, tax, and destination services.

Key Requirements

  • •Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Data Management, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • •Strong Excel skills, including XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, logical formulas, and reconciliation models.
  • •Demonstrated experience in data validation, audits, or operational reporting.
  • •High attention to detail with a strong quality and risk-awareness mindset.
  • •Ability to work independently, manage multiple data cycles, and meet tight deadlines; strong communication skills.
