Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform full-cycle recruiting across corporate functions, from intake through onboarding, including Technology/IT, Banking & Payments, Commercial Finance, Risk, and Corporate roles.
  • •Ensure hiring meets forecast and service-level expectations across business lines and geographies while following applicable governmental regulations.
  • •Leverage AI-powered recruiting tools and help identify, pilot, and create new AI tools and workflows for responsible, bias-aware adoption.
  • •Build proactive candidate pipelines for critical and recurring roles, including hard-to-fill IT and specialized financial services positions.
  • •Develop and negotiate offers within approved guidelines, finalize start dates, and support employment branding activities (advertising, college recruiting, job fairs, career programs).
