Key Responsibilities

  • •Make pigment used each day and prepare pigment needs for large orders.
  • •Bring and blend the required resin or concentrate for production.
  • •Extrude materials and blow resin to help ensure machines are not set down for lack of material.
  • •Ensure material is kept off the ground and clear from drains; cap and lock all lines outside the fence when not in use.
  • •Complete any additional tasks assigned by the group leader.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • •Ability to lift 50 pounds approximately 15 times per 8-hour day and stand/walk about 7 hours per shift.
  • •Ability to work independently in a potentially isolated area and in dusty environments.
  • •Color vision within normal limits (Ishihara Screen) and visual acuity of at least 20/50 for distance plus near-vision ability to read small font.
  • •Ability to work at heights (with or without fall protection) and climb ladders safely; ability to use a radio/paging system for communication.
