Job Summary

Safeguard Allianz Technology’s security, resilience, and compliance by coordinating enterprise-wide vulnerability lifecycle management and remediation oversight across regions and Operating Entities. Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate and govern enterprise-wide security and resilience initiatives across CTO2 regions and Operating Entities, including governance forums, escalation paths, SPOC models, and delivery tracking.
•Govern Allianz Risk Shield (ARS) programme execution, monitoring self-attestation, evidence collection, testing progress, control effectiveness, and driving remediation and audit readiness.
•Oversee end-to-end vulnerability remediation lifecycle, including prioritisation, tracking, verification, attack surface management governance, and secure-development and software supply-chain security governance.
•Drive enterprise CMDB remediation and data-quality improvements, lead CMDB Quality Management governance, and coordinate alignment and decommissioning governance for service/infrastructure records.
•Manage IAM authorization-concept completion and governance, coordinate third-party risk management and BCM-related remediation governance, and produce executive-level reporting packs, dashboards, and automation-backed KPI reporting.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of relevant experience in IT governance, security governance, risk management, or operational resilience, coordinating enterprise-wide compliance or remediation programmes.
•Hands-on exposure across areas such as DORA, IT risk management, vulnerability management, CMDB governance, and IAM/GIAM.
•Experience facilitating executive governance forums, operating in international/matrix organisations, with project management knowledge and analytical thinking.
•Skills in data analysis and reporting, preferably via Excel and Power BI.
•Strong stakeholder management, escalation management, and communication skills.
