Job Summary

Provide strategic leadership for establishing, growing, and delivering Home Healthcare services with safe, high-quality, patient-centered care. Own regulatory readiness, operational setup, clinical pathways, and governance, while directing day-to-day operations and KPI performance across quality, finance, and patient experience. Lead workforce planning and multidisciplinary teams, drive digital enablement and technology adoption, manage partners/vendors and SLAs, and deliver continuous improvement and service expansion.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the establishment and operational launch of Home Healthcare services, including operating model, governance, care pathways, and service design.
•Ensure regulatory approvals, licensing, and operational readiness, maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and organizational policies.
•Direct day-to-day Home Healthcare operations and manage KPIs for quality, financial performance, and patient experience to drive timely improvements.
•Optimize workforce deployment and resource utilization through appropriate staffing, scheduling, and operational capacity planning.
•Lead digital enablement and technology adoption, and manage partnerships and vendor governance including contracts, SLAs, and performance oversight.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of experience running and operating Home Healthcare (HHC) services.
•Deep understanding of home healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and best practices.
•Strong leadership and people management experience.
•Expertise in operational planning, budgeting, and resource management.
•Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Public Health, or a related clinical field (Master’s preferred).
