Key Responsibilities

  • •Create, assign, and monitor work orders; track machine service intervals and order parts.
  • •Diagnose equipment issues and determine root cause and corrective action using real-time information.
  • •Perform safe maintenance and repair of complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems.
  • •Maintain complete and timely electronic documentation of work performed.
  • •Assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment and parts; travel to customer job sites when required and maintain a clean service vehicle.

Key Requirements

  • •Must own tools applicable to the position and have advanced mechanical aptitude with working knowledge of tools.
  • •Extensive construction equipment knowledge with an advanced understanding of schematics and diagrams.
  • •Experience in field service, maintenance, and repair preferred.
  • •High school diploma; trade school certificate preferred.
  • •Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record; able to lift up to 50 pounds and meet physical requirements.
