Job Summary

Lead security design for property and building projects, delivering technology-driven designs from concept to detailed technical design. Collaborate with clients, developers and architects, supervise design execution, share knowledge across the global WSP network, and contribute to securing landmark projects while adhering to security standards and CPTED/SBD practices.

Key Responsibilities

•Produce high quality, technology-driven designs on UK and global security projects from concept through to technical design.
•Produce strategy documentation to protect buildings and occupants within the built environment globally.
•Share knowledge and technical skills with colleagues across the globe as part of the wider WSP network.
•Work with clients, developers, contractors and architects to build relationships and pursue new security engagements.
•Supervise detailed designs and the work of others, maximizing learning opportunities for the wider business.

Key Requirements

•Experience in security consulting or electronic security design, from concept to technical design stages.
•Working understanding of SBD/CPTED and RIBA Security overlay; familiarity with Revit or other 3D design software.
•Relevant qualifications or experience in security consulting or electronic security system design; other qualifications (e.g., electrical engineering) may be considered.
•Successful applicants will be required to be security cleared prior to appointment.
•Ability to produce strategy documentation to protect buildings and occupants within the built environment globally.
