Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end logistics across ANZ, covering road, rail and sea transport plus warehousing operations.
  • •Own and manage the logistics cost base, including forecasting, budgeting and cost control.
  • •Set operating strategy for transport and warehousing and translate business needs into plans and service outcomes.
  • •Drive continuous improvement across safety, service, quality and cost using KPIs; establish logistics governance for policies, procedures and compliance.
  • •Manage logistics financial administration and lead productivity initiatives and performance reviews with transport and warehouse partners.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, transportation, supply chain, or a related field.
  • •Strong experience leading transportation and logistics across ANZ, including distribution centre operations and 3PL management.
  • •Experience managing multi-modal transport (road/rail/sea) and warehousing operations at scale.
  • •Track record of owning large budgets and P&L accountability (forecasting, month-end routines, accrual accuracy, cost control).
  • •People leadership experience managing leaders and large, dispersed teams, building capability and improving engagement.
