Auto Team Lead - Photo (2nd Shift)

Supervise and develop hourly associates in Carvana’s Inspection Center Photobooth area to consistently hit production, quality, and inventory goals. Manage safe car flow for repairs, coach the team on performance and Quality Control standards, review mechanical/physical defects, and partner with the Inspection Center General Manager to repair or reject inventory based on estimated cost and vehicle quality. Resolve conflicts, enforce policies, and ensure first-time repair effectiveness.
